  11. If you just turned the printer off and on, then simply try printing again. Otherwise, make sure the printer is turned on and you have selected the right serial port or networked printer.

  19. Open the input bin cover, check the paper stack, then close the bin cover.

  23. Open the carriage cover, remove the output tray and check the paper path.  After clearing the jam replace the output tray and close the cover.
